Weekly S.T.E.P. Classes Begin

What is S.T.E.P.?

SYSTEMATIC TRAINING FOR
EFFECTIVE PARENTING

is a seven-week course designed to help parents relate more effectively to their children.  Putting this training into effect will help families to raise responsible, independent, cooperative, and confident young people!

These parenting skills are taught with videotapes, a parent handbook and group discussion.  The $25.00 registration fee provides parents with a handbook for the sessions.  (The fee is for both parents in each family.)

Classes will meet at:

Shawnee, KS.

Please note: no childcare will be provided.

Spiritual Life Groups

Spiritual Life Groups meet regularly on a weekly basis.  Periodically there are sessions scheduled in the Fall, Winter and Spring of 7 or 8 weeks in length.  Child care is provided.

Weekly Bible Study Classes

There is no cost for these Bible Studies, but because each session builds on the previous ones, it is important to commit to all the sessions.  Friends, family, and the community are welcome.

Monthly Gatherings for
Couple and Marriage Enrichment

There are often two separate groups meeting monthly for Marriage Enrichment.  These small groups are for those couples who want to retain and enhance the “glow” of their marriage partnership by meeting for an evening of discussion and fellowship.

These sessions provide an opportunity to build lasting relationships not only with your spouse but also with other couples in a loving and caring environment.  Check with Michael Yarbrough for more details.
